So I decided to start a nursery. I've put so many hours of focused effort on making it happen, now I just had a landfall! In my mind... I'd order 500 plants for the fall. This would give me many months to find some land to lease. In reality... I have a one time opportunity to take nearly 200 plants from a guy closing his nursery... tomorrow! I need a quarter acre of land to lease asap. Anyone have a corner of their property near PG county that they don't plan to use for the next 2 years? I'm only looking for a short term lease, until November 2016. By then I would have saved enough to buy my own property and move everything.
Any advice or leads to land would be appreciated as well.
