I think it is too early. My daffs just started blooming yesterday, I believe that tulips are next. BTW, make sure you post a picture when they get going :) Christy

I guess I got worried because I've noticed tulips growing- though not blooming-- in the neighborhood, but they might have bought them that way..i.e. wal-mart, lowe's. I've also noticed a lot of tunnels in my garden beds made by some critters.

When you say your tulips aren't "coming out" do you mean there's no sign of them at all or they aren't blooming yet?
Mine aren't blooming yet. I think they bloom with the azaleas. If there's no sign of them at all- no leaves or anything they may have been eaten by squirrels.

Yeah, there's no signs of them--what a bummer.

I haven't seen any signs of tulips around here yet. I, of course, can't have them because the squirrels eat the flowers. For whatever reason they don't eat any of our neighbors tulips :( Keep your fingers crossed :) Christy
