Here we are talking about the spring swap and magtag and just yesterday we were winterbound. It will be great when we can walk out to the patch and see the results of our labors. Heres what I like to do. Go out to the patch and find a really nice sun ripened one. Use a really sharp knife and slice it up. Get out some really fresh bread. Slather it with really good mayo, pile on the tomatoes, salt and pepper, close your eyes and enjoy. Tears come to my eyes just imagining it. Hope to see you all at both events.
