bamboo woven fences

We are thinking of buying those woven bamboo rolled fences/screens and attaching to our chain link fence for more privacy. Can you recommend any place to buy this because we would have to buy a lot and I am looking for a good price.

Also, in front of the bamboo, we are thinking of planting Arborvitae Emerald Green, again any thoughts on best place to go for prices, cause need to buy several in order to establish a screen.

I cannot help with the bamboo fencing, but about any Lowes or Home Depot that you hit will likely have a boat load of Emerald Green Arborvitaes (Thuja occidentalis ' Smaragd'). They usually stock 2 or 3 sizes and the smaller ones likely sell for $5-$20.

I think Emerald Green Arborvitaes grow pretty slow, but if you wanted even smaller plants I noticed that Musser Forests list them pretty cheap (see link below).
