Seeking TALL strong Yoshino cherry that my dog can't eat/kill!

We would like a Yoshino cherry for our back yard. I'd be willing to drive a little ways to find a nice big one that my year-old Siberian Husky can't snack to death.

I've never bought a tree, know nothing about this, but cruising the web it looks as if 4-6 feet is pretty standard. I don't know what that translates to in terms of trunk diameter, but if you've ever known a Husky you understand my concern :D I imagine there's also a certain age/size of a tree where it doesn't take as well when planted (?) so I'm obviously not looking for something so big it'll die as soon as I get it into the ground.

Can I find 'em bigger than 4-6 feet? How big? How much?

The tree would be sort of a memorial for my cat, a very sweet tortie girl, who had cancer and was put down today. Our vet is near Kenwood in Bethesda, and we drove through there today on the way back from the vet to see their cherry blossoms. It was so gorgeous it made me forget my heartbreak for a few minutes. A tree like that would be a nice way to remember my kitty.
