In 4 years, my Chandler blueberry has never flowered, while its blueberry-patch neighbors (bluecrop, o'neal) have flowered and fruited nearby. last spring the cicadas killed many branch tips, but the bush apears healthy and growing in our acid clay soil. the patch gets 5-6 hrs of sun/day.

has anyone experienced flowering problems with this variety? how does this variety do in the heat and humidity of the mid-Atlantic? what could cause a blueberry bush not to flower? does Chandler need more sun than other blues?
