| FYI - According to an article in yesterday's Arbutus Times, Hope Presbyterian Church is offering individual garden plots on its grounds, if enough people show an interest. This could be a great opportunity for someone who has limited space or a shady yard. I know one GardenWebber who says that the waiting list for veggie plots in her area is 2 years! The article states, "Veggie lovers may till, plant, nurture and harvest a personal bounty for the table throughout the summer. The Rev. Cherry Marshall will help you dig up all of the details. Call her at 410-247-4673 or visit the church at 4748 Shelbourne Road, Sundays, 9 a.m. to noon, for a garden preview." |
