Hi there-

I am trying to identify two plants in my garden. I have photos of both. Both have elliptic leaves, smooth (entire), and are even pinnately veined.

In addition, plant 2 is small, no more than 8 inches high, and the leaves cluster in groups of four. The leaves (elliptic, smooth, etc) are about 1 inch long each.

Plant 1 is much larger, about 3 ft tall, with tiny white buds (5 petals each) coming off the central stem. Again, this plant has large (palm-sized or larger) elliptic leaves, smooth (entire), and are even pinnately veined. I have pictures. :) (Please let me know where to post them.)
