I'm glad you found the service berries. Frankly, their cost wasn't much to begin with, so I'm not surprised they weren't on sale. As I mentioned in your previous thread, I bought one which was in full berry and beautiful; worth every single one of the $89.00 for a heatlhy, 15' tree.

Homestead is also having a sale. As is Patuxent, Meadows Farms, Riva Gardens, Main's, Oh stop me.

Just a word of warning: I am generally pleased with my Autumn Brilliance Serviceberry, but the Japanese beetles have really started to go after it now that it has grown a bit larger (probably between 10 and 15 feet tall) and more leafy. Perhaps another Serviceberry variety or a "species" plant would attract them less, although I'm not aware of any comparative trials. My Autumn Brilliance also gets Cedar-Servicebery Rust every year, and I've noticed that other serviceberries in the neighborhood have less of a rust problem.
