help finding a butterfly garden

My daughter will be 5 in october. She love butterflies and really would like butterfly fairy theme party in the butterfly garden. We live in Ellicott City / Columbia and I was wondering does anyone know any garden hopfully will still have butterflies on the weekend of 10/4 and doesn't cost too much.

The only one I am familiar with is Brookside Gardens in Wheaton. But you would have to move the party up by two weeks.
