Transplanting

I am having some landscaping done this fall and want to move my Magnolia Soulangiana, ALexandrina variety, three Norway Spruces, each about 8' tall, and two Colorado Blue Spruces. Is fall an okay time to transplant these trees? The magnolia is large - about 12' tall and needs to be elevated. Looks like a huge shrub with leaves from the bottom to the top. Also a Mariesi Viburnum will be moved. These trees were all planted fall of 2002 and have done well, but need to be moved to provide more privacy. My town can have mild days through December and the ground may freeze in late January or, if it is a mild winter, not at all.
