Bulbs coming up now??

I am new to growing flower bulbs but I don't think this is normal. I planted a variety of irises, tulips, and crocuses the 1st weekend and 3rd weekend in October. 3 weeks ago I noticed some irises coming up, but now I have even more green sprouts coming up that are probably tulips. Is it normal to see some bulbs growing early? Will a harder freeze kill them entirely? Should I dig them up and bring them inside? I live in Northern Anne Arundel County in Maryland.

It does happen when temperatures fluctuate, and the bulbs will be fine.

They will be fine! My daffodils and crocuses are sticking up about a half inch. They usually do that and then stay that way until spring. I have had bulbs flower and get covered by a late snow and it doesn't bother them. Also lots of perennials have ground-level leaf rosettes this time of year while others prefer to go completely dormant.
