For anyone living in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Texas area, according to my listing of Texas native plants being offered, the following milkweed plants are currently listed to be sold at their plant sale Apr 26-27 from 10 am to 2 pm. If you live in Dallas/Ft. Worth, want to plant milkweed and having a problem locating plants or seeds, you might check with this organization regarding their sale. There are 18 pages of native plants to be offered, so more than just milkweed. .. Mary

Texas Discovery Gardens is located at Gate 6 in Fair Park. Fair Park is two miles east of downtown Dallas just south of Interstate 30.

From North Dallas, Richardson & Plano ...

Take US 75 South, exit onto I-30 East, then take exit 47 (Second Avenue/Fair Park), curve to the right and turn left at the second light which is Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Enter Gate #6. Just inside the gate, turn right on Second Ave. Enter the parking lot on your right.

From West Dallas, Arlington & Fort Worth ...

Take I-30 East, then take exit 47 (Second Avenue/Fair Park), curve to the right and turn left at the second light which is Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Enter Gate #6. Just inside the gate, turn right on Second Ave. Enter the parking lot on your right.

From East Dallas, Mesquite & Rockwall ...

Take I-30 West, then take exit 47C (First Avenue/Fair Park), turn right at Exposition Avenue and turn right on Parry Avenue. Parry becomes Robert B. Cullum Ave. Turn left at the fourth light which is Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Enter Gate #6. Just inside the gate, turn right on Second Ave. Enter the parking lot on your right.

From South Dallas, Ferris & Ennis ...

Take I-45 North, exit onto I-30 East, then take exit 47 (Second Avenue/Fair Park), curve to the right and turn left at the second light which is Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Enter Gate #6. Just inside the gate, turn right on Second Ave. Enter the parking lot on your right.

man, i wish i would have seen this sooner! we are in stephenville (visiting from Ga) and i would have loved to check out the natives of texas!!
