Rick has one in his back yard (in the ground, not a pot). It is beautiful! Rick also said it is not very invasive because he picks the flowers off. Is it the same kind you have? I took the one you had at the swap. I hope it is the same as Rick's.

Hi May, sorry, I'm still having problems with my email from this site. I'm not sure what variety Rick has, it looks similar to me. Mine is Russian Blue. Yes, you need to deadhead the plant and avoid disturbing the roots to keep it well mannered. It is a beauty though, I don't think my garden would be complete without it!
