planting tomatoes & peppers

I was thinking about planting my tomato and pepper plants in my garden outside this weekend. Do you think the threat of frost has passed in Minnesota for the year? There is a good pile white fluffy dirt in my garden, and I think now would be a good time to plant. Does anyone agree?

If you were at the wintersow forum- they would all be telling ya- Ya Sure!! You Betcha!!
You know- I did do some toms the WS way last year- and they were a lot slower to show than the indoor ones- but it wasn't too long before they caught up in size once all were planted out in the garden- and they all showed fruit about the same time!
Me- I am gonna stoke the fire and keep real warm and toasty this weekend!

I walked through my perennial garden this morning...I thought that my color balance was off a bit, too much white..

If you can't visit your gardens in your dreams this time of year, then you have lost all hope.
