| Hello!
I'm trying to think ahead for gardening this spring. Has anyone had any success with growing a sweet onion here in Minnesota? If so, what variety, and did you use sets, transplants, or seeds? |

| I've had good success with both Walla Wallas, and Candy. I always start with plants. I usually order from Dixondale Farms. Several of my friends get together on 1 order to take advantage of their quanity discounts. Neither of those is a long term storage onion. |

| Thank you so much for the advice and the website! I'm very impressed with the prices from Dixondale Farms. Thanks! |
