When to start putting seedlings in an unheated greenhouse?

I recently set up a small walk-in greenhouse in my backyard. It receives full sun most of the day, and stays approximately 10F+ warmer than air temp during the daytime. I have filled up dozens of milk and soda bottles with water and placed them inside of the greenhouse to act as heat sinks to moderate the temperature at night was well. I was also thinking of putting down a black tarp on the ground to absorb even more heat.

Right now I have seedlings of broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, marigolds, hollyhocks, tomatoes, peppers, apples, redbuds, Kentucky coffeetree, and chestnut trees sprouting in a bedroom under growlights. How soon can I start placing these in the greenhouse? I live 30 miles south of the Twin Cities, in Farmington, and the weather has been so nice that I almost feel like I'm falling behind on planting even though it's only March! Thanks.
