best places to find house plants Mn.?

Hi all, where do you all go to find house plants? I like small starter plants, I like to watch them grow and become larger. and I like all plants, cacti, hoya, sans, etc. I am in the metro area minnesota...

Which part of the metro's a big area. I am in Ramsey, north of Anoka, and I love Green Valley Greenhouse for house plants. They have a huge houseplant business and they do beautiful seasonal plants as well (poinsettias, easter lilies, mums etc...) In fact I was just there today buying some fresh plants for the house (spring cleaning did away with a few) Helen.

hi I am southwest metro, but if its a good place with lots of plants and a good variety it would be worth the trip..thanks I will check it out...linda

It is a good hike from the southwest, you can probably find something good in your area too. GV is a fun trip, but I am not sure about the variety in the small sizes you are interested in.
