I don't know about swiss chard, but the peas and spinach should be ok.

I got a lot of stuff planted almost three weeks ago here in the Twin Cities. I square foot garden in raised bed and the soil was workable really early this year. If we do get a cold snap I'll cover my little seedlings. I say go for it, seed is cheap and if you have to replant, so be it. I haven't planted swiss chard yet, but am thinking about it.

I was just thinking the same thing in the St Cloud area. Thinking about planting seeds of some warmer season crops too perhaps beans.
this early spring has got me itching to get an early start!
I may just have to go for it today.

I hope the early spring holds. I ended up planting a lot of my winter sown veggies yesterday since they were getting root bound.
