Help with plant ID

Last summer I got a plant at one of the swaps. It died back, but is up again this spring. However part of the tag is missing. I think it's only the first or second letter(s) that are gone, but I have googled and come up with nothing close.

The tag is hand written and says "__icardia Bistarda". Anyone know what this plant may be?
