Source for fresh hardwood logs

Hello,

I am interested in getting some shiitake and maitake mushrooms started and was wondering if anyone had a source for fresh cut hardwood (oak etc) logs in the Twin Cities? I have some older logs in my woods and a 30 foot tall old dead oak that I'll attempt to inoculate, but it's generally best to use fresh logs I believe. Thanks!

Come up to Brainerd as I have lots of fresh oak since have terminated their existence. I consider them to be no better than trashy weeds.
