| I really SHOULD know this, but I'll chalk the question up to being a semi-newbie. When should I take the leaves off of the flower beds?
Also, I'm new to rose growing; do I need to cut my rose bushes/climbing roses back at all? I just bought them last year. Thanks for your help! |

| I would wait a while, yet. These temps are unseasonably cold. I usually rake the leaves/mulch off my beds late April or early May. I always have them done by Mother's Day, tho. I noticed yesterday some of my daylilies are peeking out of the ground! YAY Linda |

| Wait on the roses until they break bud and you can actually see what is dead and what is living. -Marie |
