Boy Chris, I don't know specifically but I bet you want to get them in the ground pretty soon so since nobody else has posted yet I give a stab at it. Pretty much all of my bareroot perennials get the same treatment- dig a hole;build a soil cone in the middle of it, spread the roots around the soil cone while holding the neck of the plant, then fill in the soil around the plant keeping the crown of the plant about soil level, water well and wait. My bleeding hearts reseed like crazy and babies come up all around so they can't be too fussy of a plant. I would probably soak the roots for a little while in water before I planted it just to rehydrate them a little too.

kitkat65: Why don't you go on the plant propagation forum- just click on other forums at the top of this page and find it alphabetically. They may have some tried and true methods that will help. I'm sure it would help if you would list the perennials specifically. Good luck
