Mine just started popping up yesterday, and they haven't all - just the two biggest ones.
I was just freaking out about my asparagus - but it's just come up too. I think things are just late this year.

Even in the darkest, coldest spot in my yard the hostas have popped up.

I divided a Guacamole last spring. They have popped up in one area and I see nothing in the other area. Hostas dying over the winter. Go figure.

My Hosta are arriving at a very slow pace. The ones on the North Side of the house still aren't showing any signs of life. I think it is just time to show patients.

Mine are not up in the colder areas either, I poked about to find them and I know they are there...
