HI! I'm new here and eager to learn. After several years I'm finally able to get my garden going again. I'm starting to dig around and am finding that I have some kind of buggs that are hurting my plants. I have no idea what they are.

These buggs are leaving the leaves with white spots and distroying the buds on several of my plants.

What should I do? We often have butterflies and dragon flies visiting the flowers and I don't want to hurt them. I've read that some chemicals are very bad for all buggs, and people. My son enjoys growing his pumpkins every year, so I'm worried about him being around in the garden with chemicals.
