Can anyone recommend a good place? I don't know if it's the varieties that are being used these days, or the way they are cultivated, but they seem to favor size over flavor.

Afton Apple has wonderful strawberries. We got several quarts yesterday. Bright red, juicy and sweet.

We just went this morning to Berry Hill Farm in Ramsey/Burns Twp. just north of Anoka (beautiful place!). Picked one box worth of them and can't wait to eat them up so we can go back and pick more. They charge $1.55 per pound when you pick.
