What can still be started for a fall harvest in July?

I'm thinking of starting some extra vegetable seedlings now to extend my harvest further into the fall.

So far, I'm thinking:

-zucchini/yellow squash

-55-day cabbage

-broccoli

-another round of green beans

-sweet peas (probably plant these more around Aug. to escape the heat)

I figure I can get the cabbage and broccoli sprouted indoors over the next week or so, move them to the deck, and get them in the ground by Aug. 1 as strong transplants. The zukes, beans, peas and squash can be direct-seeded this week. Any other suggestions for my garden? I'm good on the tomatoes, peppers, corn and watermelons already.
