Thanks for the heads up on the sale. I went Friday night and was able to get 64 pkgs of seeds for $6.40. I wanted to try winter sowing and for .10 each pkg it will be a relatively cheap experiment.

I went Friday too and got 38 packs of seeds, 6 plastic pots, a couple pairs of cheap loppers and 5 collapsible tomato cages/trellis. I also picked up one of their sweet, sweet black watermelons!

Thanks for the sales information. I got 80 packs of seeds (half are for my mom), boot try, hat and garden gloves. I had to do it in a rush because my baby's patience was used up. Wish I had longer time to shop.

I'm so jealous. I live on the other side of the cities so won't make it down to Gertins to score any seed packets. I've checked a few nurseries on my side of town and they are to cheap to put even the seed packets on sale. I would love to get my hands on a variety of perenials and annual seeds for 10 cents each.
