Hi, I know this doesn't have anything to do with gardening but I've been curious about this and I'm hoping someone will know the answer. Does anyone know the Name of the Artist or the Title of the painting that is displayed on the MN Gardening Forum website? I think it's a lovely painting and would like to learn more about it.

Don't know this particular one, but most likely one of the Dutch floral painters... Jan de Heem, Jan Van Huysum, Ambrosius Bosschaert the Elder or ANY of the many, many who mastered this style of flower painting starting about the year 1600 - had a good run of a couple of hundred years.

I think they're beautiful.
