*GRIN* Northern Brewer on Grand Ave in Saint Paul, or any other brew supply place. I believe there is a decent one out your way - I know there's a good one near Microcenter. Check them for bottles and the like. Also www.lehmans.com has more old fashioned-type juice and canning jars and bottles.

Maybe I'm missing something - but wouldn't an old miracle whip jar or a wide-mouth canning jar work? And what is limoncello? Inquiring minds want to know!

It seems just about everything comes in plastic, not glass, jars these days. I tried plastic once, but would prefer to have glass. Plus it's better if the cap is plastic, not metal. Finally, it needs to be large enough to contain the alcohol (I use vodka), lemon peel, and eventually the sugar and water. I've got some cute clear moonshine jugs that are perfect!

Limoncello is a lemon liqueur that the Italians introduced to the world. It's amazingly refreshing in the summertime! I put it on ice cream or fresh fruit or drizzled on muffins or just have a small bit as a digestif after a tasty meal.

I use 10 lemons to 750 ml vodka and way less sugar & water.
