Hosta Help!
| | |
Posted by tania_10 z4MN (My Page) on Wed, Sep 23, 09 at 15:52
| My hostas look like they have been shot by a shotgun. There are more holes than leaf. Don't think it's slugs - no slug trails anywhere. This also happened last year. Any suggestions - PLEASE.
THANKS,
Tania |

| I still think it's probabay slugs. Mine looked the same, I asked my neighbor, way more experienced, she described them as "lacy", yep, slugs. Ish. |

| Post a picture over on the hosta forum. Lots of experienced hostaholics there to help with a diagnosis. My neighbor's hostas were devastated by Japanese beetles, for the first time this year. |

| Go out at night with a flashlight....you might be surprised what you can find on your hostas that way. Kristy |
