Photo 1 shows radishes that I harvested just this Wednesday 10/24. I am still harvesting late-seeded lettuce, spinach, and radishes.

Photo 2 shows three 2qt. jars of hot pepper mash for fermenting. Pepper mash photo was taken last week when fermentation was just beginning. Left jar contains Jamaican yellow mushroom/cocolate hab, center jar contains bhut jolokia, right jar contains dorset naga. All three jars contain various other fruits and vegetables as well. All the peppers and other fruits and veggies were from my home-grown harvests. In photo, left and right jars have fermentation airlocks. The center jar has had one installed since photo was taken. Fermentation is proceeding nicely in all of the jars.
