I'm already lamenting not being able to walk outside and chop some herbs and greens for dinner every night... So, what are people growing indoors this year? I've never tried to keep an indoor kitchen garden. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Roesmary is the only herb I bring in for the winter. Have tried potting up thyme for several years but it has not done well for me. I cut and dry and make a wreath with thyme, rosemary, sage and other herbs which I hang in the kitchen. Easy to clip a bit as needed.

I too only bring in my rosemary. I've tried basil, parsley, and thyme too. Basil has usually made it to about Dec. before the attack of the white flies occurs, thyme usually just dies a slow lingering death, the one year I tried it the parsley did fairly well but needed a pretty large pot.
