I grew kale for the first time and really have a beautiful bumper crop. I am harvesting and eating it every day. I live just north of the twin cities and it sounds like we will be getting 4 inches of snow on Sun. night and cold temps all next week. What should I do with my Kale? Should I call it a season and pull up all of my plants or should I leave them and try to keep harvesting? Someone told me that it comes back up next year. I am wondering if that is true or is it just going to turn to seed in the spring. Thanks
