Want to find fragrant moonflower

I have planted packets of moonflower seeds for the past 2 summers(2 different brands bought from a local nursery, but can't remember which brands), but neither had any fragrance. How can I get moonflowers that REALLY do have a fragrance?

I grow them every year - I just buy them from Wal Mart - They smell great - Are you sure you are growing Moonflowers? Because All the one's I grow - no matter where I purchase them - always have a strong great scent. Try Select Seed Antique Flowers on-line - they have great seeds and maybe these will work better for you

Try Flower Scent Gardens, www.flowerscentgardens.com for moonflower Ipomoea alba bona-nox for $3.00 for a 4' pot of two plants, item #IPO01. The owner, Glenn Varner, gives detailed descriptions of the scents of the plants he carries. I've ordered from him for at least three years and have been extremely pleased. And the catalog is very, very amusing to read.
