 o
both white and blue pumbago on same plant?

I've seen some plumbagos for sale that seem to have both colors in the same pot. I was too busy to see if there was more than one plant in the pot or that both colors were on the same plant. Kind of wondered if the white was faded out blue or if some of the producers were either making a mistake or purposely combining the two.

How much shade can they take andf still bloom well?

If I wanted to use as a potted plant and then try over winter here in 7b/8a how should I prepare it? No room inside or in the garage. Have space under the deck 5-6' above ground, with same for 'crawl space', areas of the yard that can be protected with or with out winter sun or shade. Sounds like winter sun can be hard on the thaw/freeze damage of plants.

RE: both white and blue pumbago on same plant?

There are plumbagos growing everywhere down here in south TX. I have one in full sun b/c that's practically all my yard is :(. However, the best one's I've seen growing get filtered sunlight. I bought one b/c I noticed a plumbago that bloomed profusely from May all the way to October last year and thought they were gorgeous. I do not know about over wintering. The ones I've seen in the ground do really well. Good luck!
