The previous information that I posted came from a book entitled MOON MAGIC by Lori Reid.
Here's more stuff!
"According to ancient astrological lore, each plant comes under the dominion of one of the planets, and it is the moon tht takes rulership over all white-flowering plants an silvery colored foliage. Try creating your own homage to the White Goddess, either by designing a whole Moon Garden, or by planting up a small corner, a tiny terrace, or even a window box, in her honor."
"To create your own moon gardem choose only white or creamy white flowering plants --many of these, such as Madonna lilies, jasmine, nicotiana and stocks, have a glorious scent. Emphasize the whiteness by interspersing or edging with the soft grey, green, and silver foliage of, for example, artemesia or quilted-leaved hostas. Don't forget to introduce water, for not only will this add ab extra dimension to your garden and provide an environment for water lilies, which are also lunar-ruled, but it too is governed by the moon."
There's a section in the book entitled "Moon Garden Magic" in which the author lists suggestions for flowers, climbing plants, trees, fruits and vegetables, herbs, and silver-leaved plants to use in a Moon Garden.
I'll list these later.
Have a good evening, everyone!
