does anyone know if you can preserve the beautiful blooms. I had 9 blooms last nite and will have 5 tonite. I picked one last nite but didn't know what to do wwith it.
My cereus bloomed Thursday night. I broke off one of the bloom before I went to bed and wrapped the stem in a wet paper towel, put it in a large zip lock bag and placed it in the fridge. It only lasted one day this way, but it was long enough to show my co-workers the elusive flower I always tell them about. How do you care for your NBC plant? I would love to hear. thanks Tina
