I purchased some thin fiberglass "vases" from Target. Natural off white color, about 11" high and 6"wide. I place a candel in those and they glow so beautifully!! The fiberglass has a warm muted glow that is slightly textured by the fiber strands. It has a rice paper look to it, except it is a bit more shiney and much more permanent! I have these nesteled next to hosta and other plants and the pond! I love the look!

At the garden shows this spring some landscapers were showing lighted fountains or birdbaths, I don't know if they are horribly expensive or not.

I was visiting a friend and she had Black Lights(aka wave lights) behind the birdbath, one on a stone figure. It really made the white pop at night. Really nice!

To answer my own question..the black light or RAVE LIGHTS, as they call them today are the answer to any Moon Garden.
I saw them in a friends garden and fell in love with the look..Guess what..A really old BUG WHACKER..pennies at a yard sale will do the job (aka black light).

I reciently got some candles that are like tall glass plant spikes with little cups on top that hold a tea light. The little flames seem to hover.
