Hi-
I am searching for the yellow stemless primrose (oenothera triloba). It is a beautiful little ground hugging plant that blooms at dusk- the flowers shake & open before your very eyes! My mom gave me this plant before she passed away- I moved in the middle of winter, to the South, & couldn't take it with me. Any info on where I can find it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Kasha, I have this plant. We call it Evening Primrose, or moonflower. I saw it at a friends house and fell in Love with it. I now have the joy of watching it open every evening spring - summer. It is still green but I think it would be best to wait till spring. I would send you some plants then. If you want seed I will have to dry them and you will not have flowers for 2 years. gmom

Would you still be willing to share some moonflowers? I had a plant that didn't survive my move to a new house, and I was not smart enough to save any seeds. They are such lovely plants!
