One night blossoms on moonflower vine?

| I threw some seeds at the base of our patio fence and now have vines everywhere! The blossoms are beginning to open but they only bloom for one night and then fall off. Is this what's supposed to happen? |

| Yep...but the fragrance of these one nighters is just incredible! It's also really neat to watch them open - that such a large flower can open in such a short span of time is amazing to me ! |
