Help with a name

Can someone help me with the proper name for a moonflower my neighbor gave me. It has large white trumpet shaped flowers (looks almost like a lilly). It is a bush variety, the blooms open in the late afternoon and sty open 'till mid morning (all day if it is overcast). The seed pods are round, slightly larger than a golfball, and covered with spikes. The pods are filled with a large number of small brown seeds. Very easy to grow.
Thanks,
Jayman

Wow! I had no idea it was that strong. Is it legal to grow?
