Did frost hurt seed pods?

Posted by MichelleMartin z8 Louisiana (My Page) on

I collected over 200 seeds of my moonvine before the frost came, got down to 28 degres, and this huge vine, all over my porch still has pods, just haven't ripened so to speak ,yet. And I'm wondering if the seeds in these frozen , now thawed , pods will still be o.k. to plant later. OR did the one freezing night destroy them? Will these seeds still ripen on the vine after this frost came? Thanks for any info you can share.
