Does anyone know of a place where I can rent a plot in a community garden? I live in Glen Ellyn and my yard is totally unsuitable for gardening. I have lived in other communities where people like me could rent plots for a kitchen garden. Does anyone know of such a place? Would anyone be willing to rent me a plot??

I know there is a community garden in Lombard on Madison, west of Main Street Lombard. I think it is operated by the Lombard Park District. No other details, I'm afraid.

Downers Grove also has community garden plots.
