Family names' garden

I want to start a new flower bed using only plants whose names match our family's first names. I would like suggestions for plants that would grow in zone 5, in clay soil, and in a sun/shade location (5 or 6 hours of sun daily). I plan on using bulbs, annuals, perennials, and small shrubs. The family names are Becky, Jenny, Alice, Adeline, Carol or Carolyn, Ruth, and/or Anita. Any help would be appreciated!!!

There's a great shasta daisy by the name of 'Becky' and there's a red peony called, 'Carol'. There's also a hydrangea called 'Alice'. There's a perennial groundcover called 'creeping Jenny'. Hope this helps! Its a great idea!

Thanks, Bellarosa, this is a good place to start. I just came across a tiger lily called Lady Alice too. Any ideas on where I can find the hydrandgea? Plant Nanny

Sure. Check out Wilkerson Mill Gardens at www.hydrangea.com
Their phone number is 770-463-2400. You might be able to request a catalog. They have 'Alice'. I bought 2 hydrangeas from them and was very impressed with the size and quality of the plants. I wish I had room for more hydrangeas!
