Organic gardening and environmental expo on Chicago N Pier?

When I spoke to the Chicago Director of Water Quality, he mentioned there was show/exhibit in the Spring on Navy Pier that dealt with organic gardening, green initiatives such as green roofs, collecting rain water, etc.

I've looked around and only found the Organic Expo which seems to be hosted by the organic food industry and focused on educating and selling to end food buyers rather than aimed at local Chicago folks doing gardens, etc. Even though the Organic Expo will have the City Farm represented, it still seems aimed an end consumers and business to business relationships as the City Farm is selling to restaurants.

Anyone familar with such an event that talks about smaller city initiatives with the environment, ideas to support Chicago gardening, collect rainwater, green roofs or rooftop gardens, etc? I could be wrong and the Organic Expo may be it, but it seems to be a different from what I was expecting. Thx for your replies in advance.
