Head over to the rose forum and you'll get more advice. I think you should probably take the Don Juan climber back. It will have to start over every year as the canes will be winter-killed. There are climbing roses that do well here - John Cabot is the one I have and I've ordered Quadra as that is supposed to be good too. Ramblin Red is supposed to be another good one.

Tropicana might be okay here. Plant it deep. There should be a bud union (kind of a big knob part where the canes come from) that should be a few inches under the soil. Burying it will protect the rose from the cold.
