Mr. Brown Thumb, a fellow Chicago garden blogger, was a very active writer up until January 13 of this year when he suddenly stopped without any explanation.

Fans and followers have sent inquiries to his blog ( www.mrbrownthumb.blogspot.com ) and email but there's been no reply.

In one of his emails to me he mentioned that he meets up with locals in Chicago to have plant swaps and other garden-related events.

We are all worried that something has happened to him. It's not like him to just quit without saying anything. He was very passionate about his blog.

We just want to know that he is okay. He has many friends and fans in the garden blogging world.
