Hi! I'm hoping someone can help me deal with this issue I'm having with my neighbors yard. As you can see there is a lot going on in the photo and we have a lot of work to do. We have about 3 acres and I work a little at a time so I don't get overwhelmed. I would like to start using my yard for weddings but this side of my yard backs up to four neighbors and I need to disguise them. I thought a row of burning bushes would be a great idea and would like to go with them.

This brings me to my problem. This neighbor has a pipe that shoots water on to their property which eventually ends up making a big puddle on my side of the fence so I cant put anything there for fear that it will die. The water shoots out in 10 min increments 24/7 with the exception of the winter.

Does anyone know how I can keep the water on their side of the fence?
