Yes, your MG seedlings are in need of some light! When I plant seeds, I remove the covers as soon as seedlings begin to appear. Plants need to have air. Of course, after you remove the covers, your seedlings will need to be watered quite frequently. I water mine once a day, using a spray bottle.
Regarding your transplanted bushes, did you give them a good drink before setting them in? When I transplant anything outside, I dig the hole, fill it with water, set the plant inside, and gently surround the plant with dry soil by the stem. I have not had a problem with this method.
It is important to do your transplanting on an overcast day, or at least when the sun isn't out fully, because full sun will stress your plant. Transplanting itself is stressful to some extent, but a hot sun just adds to it.

Hi Lucas. I don't know much about raspberry bushes--growing them for the first time this year from some seedlings my neighbor gave me last fall. At least they survived the winter.

But I know for a fact that blueberry bushes can be a little picky. They like acidic soil and won't do much (can't absorb soil nutrients) in soil that is too alkaline. The peat moss you added should be help with that, but you may want to test your soil if you haven't already. If it's super alkaline, you can add some sulfur--but ideally this should have been done in advance of planting.

I'm also wondering if your bushes are dry. Peat moss doesn't retain water at all. Hopefully you mixed in plenty of that nice Red River Valley native soil when you planted--but if not, these new plantings might need more water. Tip: If you mulch the blueberry bush with pine needles, that will help with water retention and soil acidity.
